三 | 考察团还深度了解了特来电总部大楼，这是全球首座“超阶零碳建筑”，依托光伏发电、新能源汽车反向放电等技术实现“绿电”自给自足。 香港大学机械工程系助理研究员张瑞寒主攻固态电池研发和废旧电池回收，特来电在绿色建筑与新能源领域的创新实践给他留下深刻印象。“未来是新能源时代，只有把电用好、储好，民众的生活才会更加好。”他表示，希望未来能有机会依托山东完整的产业链、丰富的应用场景以及政策支撑，推动新能源前沿技术落地青岛。 考察结束后，考察团应邀分别在崂山区参加“智汇青港·博创未来”2026港澳高层次人才政策推介会，在康复大学参加2026港澳博士人才招引会。康复大学、青岛市崂山区、青岛高新区的多个部门进行人才政策专题推介，内容涵盖博士后资助、领军人才津贴、住房补贴等支持措施。 本次活动由山东省海外联谊会指导，青岛海外联谊会主办、崂山区海外联谊会承办，旨在深化港澳高层次人才对青岛市产业生态与人才政策的了解，促进青岛、香港、澳门科创资源对接。
